All requests for Book Returns require an Authorized Return Postage Label from Alaska TourSaver® and must be submitted by e-mail.
If you purchased a TourSaver® book from an unauthorized seller and not from TourSaver.com, such as a previous book owner, a third-party site like Amazon, TripAdvisor, Ebay, Craigslist or others, we do not offer support. You may be required to offer proof-of-purchase for support or information. For quick support, include your date of purchase and the email address used for purchase on this site, for verification.
